Guy in one of your trucks just sat outside banging the dumpster on the inside of the truck for well over 10 minutes. For what? God only knows. If something is stuck, switch the dumpster or wait till later in the day. You don't sit outside for 10 minutes banging like an inmate with a cup on a jail cell door. It's literally 5am on the dot, on a Sunday morning. Do better.

Hey — just some honest feedback. The voice prompts coming through your switchboard are pretty rough and kind of frustrating. It would be way better to have a real person answer. And maybe skip the part about office hours right off the bat — it doesn’t exactly give off a helpful vibe.

Over 18 + years here and I feel the crews have done OUTSTANDING work before & of course after the hurricanes . We are very fortunate to live in the community of people who CARE.

6 weeks has gone by since Hurricane. No Debri picked up on Baynard Drive in Punta Gorda. RATS everywhere!!!!!!

They just about always leave stuff behind. And yes it is put out correctly. So tired of dealing with this poor service.
