The staff is welcoming, food is delicious great customer service. I highly recommend it!!! I had a mini bandeja and it was as I expected! Parking is huge and waiting time to get served is quick as well as to get eating after you order.

Tried on the day after initial opening. Empanadas were good, but chicken empanadas were a little dry for my liking. Service was a little slow, but that's expected when it's very busy and the first few opening days. Had good experiences at other locations on LI. Update (11/2022): Service was good. Food was delicious. Very clean and organized restaurant.

I been ordering a picada and I’m so disappointed they aren’t doing it good. I been ordering food from here since they open. There chef in the afternoon isn’t doing his job very well.

One of the worst managers runs this joint. The girl behind the cashier is obnoxious and extremely unprofessional. Where is the guy who used to be there? Gave me the wrong order and then gave such a nasty attitude. When she was confronted, she never apologized and threatened to call the cops. Terrible person to be in charge of a decent restaurant. And to spite me more, the order she messed up and replaced was burnt. Burnt empanadas. See pictures. Vicious! If the owner of this restaurant reads this, she should be fired right away. UPDATE: No cops were called. And no one came. Again lies by this establishment. I was thrown out and no apologies were offered. A sad way to deal with a customer when they need you to stay in business. Picture of food provided is proof of how spiteful they are.
