Pupusa Loca of Paterson

The food was delicious but the service was very bad. I asked the waiter for something and he spoke to me with an attitude also went I ask for my check he put the 15 % for tip for a table of two how he can ask for a tip but he don't treat the customer well.

I had an amazing pupusa! It was hot , fresh and filled with the most delicious pork! This pupusa made my day ! :D

I ordered yuca with chicharron with the onion marinade “curtido” for the 3rd time the GUY at the front packing forgets again. I come to pick up from far and they are always missing or messing up my order after all the money my family spends. I called and they said to come pick up and waste my own gas for their mess up. My husband asked over the phone for them to make sure they include it and he was to busy Just correcting my husband as to the name of the onions “curtido” instead of actually putting it in the meal as it should be. Never ordering here again !!! Terrible service !!!

This family owned restaurant deserves more rnna 5 stars! Always a pleasure to sit and eat there or order takeout! The thanksgiving catering is by far one of my favorite and best! The best stuffed juicy delicious turkey you’ll ever try! Great deals, great service and care! The popusas are absolutely delicious. Meats are seasoned well and juicy! Jessica and her mother are genuinely beautiful people and I truly enjoy La Popusa Loca of Paterson! I have since moved out of NJ and still order from this location! Try it! You won’t regret it!

I paid $40+ in pupusas, for starters the pupusas themselves were very hard and dry, I ordered beans and cheese and chicken with beans and cheese and they legit had no cheese whatsoever! And they barely added any chicken in the chicken ones! Not to mention the tomato sauce tasted like it was just canned tomatoes 🥫!! I wouldn’t recommend this spot to be completely honest unless you are willing to eat unauthentic pupusas. This is just my personal opinion. To clarify my order was never changed or refunded.
