PUPUSERIA EL CARRISAL

Bad service and burn floppy pupusas. My husban and I when for 8 pupusas. When we were ordering another family of about 7 people came to eat there too. It looked like they were from south america as well as the lady that was taking our order, as soon as they gor there the lady forgot about us and starded talking to them and forgetting about us. We tell her that we were ordering and she remember🙄 that we were there first. Later instead of giving us the order first so we can leave, she started giving them their food first, when we reminded her she said that our order was ready. But had not said nothing. Later we see our order was a mess of food but since we were waiting for long we just decided to leave with our messy order.

I ordered pupusas to go and in one of my pupusas had a wire in my food i could’ve choked honestly they need to be careful how there making food because i could’ve easily choked

I order corn tamales and got chicken tamales I also order the nuegados con chilate and platanos with torrejas, I got what they wanted or had not what I order I had to go back to get the rest of my platanos and torreja but the nuegados tasted like old freezer, the torrejas were over reheated and was hard in the middle, platanos were boiled and not properly cooked, the tamales were old and dry and when I called the employees instead of fixing the problem they ended the call and I asked for my money back and they refused to give any money back instead they said to go back that they would give me more platanos, this place is empty for a reason is a disgrace that they don't represent El salvador very well.

The pupusas are very delicious and authentic here. Customer service was 5 stars. Check them out!
