Pupuseria La Familiar

Ordered some tacos and they had the plastic from the tooth pick in them. This is place I usually come to eat Salvadoran food and I’ve never had this issue. The food is good but whoever is taking care of things now needs to do better. I couldn’t enjoy my tacos while having to pick out this amount of plastic out of them, and on top of that it’s blue. It’s nasty. Please make sure someone is checking orders before putting them out.

always good service and amazing flavorful food, always playing banger after banger, and always professional. Food can take time to come out but i feel like that just means it’s being cooked to order.

Ordered carry out Food was really good. Restaurant looked clean. Restroom was clean. The lady in the front taking my order was very nice My second time there. Going back again.

Worst pupusas I had ever had. I can only give it a one star for rating purposes but I wish I could give it a negative rating. I order pupusas for 3 people. Six (6) beans and cheese four (4) cheese and zucchini and one revuelta. The 6 beans and cheese were not mixed together the cheese was in one size and the beans in the other side. Some of the pupusas had only beans and the other side was corn flower. A thick corn flower side. The revueltas (beans, pork and beans) were not mix either they had the cheese on one of the flat sides and on the opposite the half bean half pork. The beans side of each of them were burned or dried. I called to complain and the girl told me that that’s how they are made. What??? This place tends to have long wait times regardless if it’s busy or not. The staff are friendly. The food is consistent, pretty good. The only thing is we did find a hair in the pupusas we ordered the other night so they should try and be more careful.
