Pupuseria La Salvadoreña

It's very nice to be surprised and boy was I ever. My visit was January 24th in the afternoon. I pump my gas plenty of times at this location but I guess never really noticed the restaurant attached to it. Was hungry and decided to stop in. It's a rather small place and I didn't expect much. I was greeted when I came and the young lady minding the front was very nice. My order was taken and I waited inside for it. The sounds of everything being made fresh in the kitchen area was reassuring. When I got my food, I was beyond satisfied. Quality fresh ingredients. Very tasty and presented well. I'm so glad u stopped by and will stop by again. Great job!.

FYI, this place is cash only right now. They do cashapp and have an ATM inside tho... Been waiting for this place to open for a bit. First time here and had a pleasant experience. Most of the staff doesn't speak English. Point and grunt at menu pics did just fine. Turns out one of them knew enough English to get our stuff ordered. I ordered what, to me, was a whole skirt steak with rice and beans. I ordered the small and I walked out with a whole skirt steak. Makes me wonder how much meat you get if you order the large...? Wife and I ordered fries and we got a buckets worth (and, dayum, they were good!) It was a bit pricey ($40 for both) bit I think it was worth it. Great food and service. Portions are HUGE! I'll definetly return to this place and try some other things in the menu.

Food was great some plates have very large portions and the staff is extremely nice
