Pupuseria Salvi’s Rialto

We really enjoyed my experience at Salvies. The food was fresh, full of flavor, and honestly tasted like something your abuelita would make — comforting, authentic, and delicious. Every dish we tried was tasty. The restaurant itself was clean, with plenty of tables available, and our server was friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. The only minor downside (and not really the restaurant’s fault) was a strong hair dye smell coming from the salon next door when we first arrived. Thankfully, once our food came out, the smell had dissipated. The food did take a little longer to come out, but that was completely understandable since everything is made fresh — and it was absolutely worth the wait. I highly recommend Salvies and will definitely be coming back again.

The pupusas were so delicious, the service was good too, I ordered to go but the only thing I didn't like was the area. I would definitely go to pick up an order again!

My order always consists of yuca con chicharon, a cheese pupusa and a revuelta pupusa. Everything is always delicious, fresh and cooked to perfection. I'm a huge fan of curtido, Salvi's curtido is definitely the best I've tasted.

The waitress was super attentive and explained the menu to us, I’m Salvadorian so I knew what I really wanted to taste. Pupusas!!! I got 2 pupusas, one Revuelta de arroz and one cheese and lorocco de arroz. Taste wise both were good and I can tell the chicharrón is made in house, it was more chicharron than beans and cheese but I didn’t mind. The lorocco with cheese was cheesy with a lot of lorocco. I like both also I got some nuegados which I found delicious because tradicional nuegados don’t have cheese or masa, only yuca and this Is are ONLY yuca 😭 delicious.

Waited about 45 minutes for our order. Pupusas were raw and under cooked. Pupusas crudas. And everything was very expensive about $5 the pupusa
