Pure Raw Juice

I arrived at this location 15 minutes before the closing time and was told by Julie (the cashier) that I could not order a smoothie, but could only purchase a bottled item. When I commented that they close at 5:00 p.m. and it was well before the closing time, I was told by Amina (the person making smoothies) that she had to leave at 5:00 p.m. and needed to clean before leaving. These employees exhibited zero flexibility nor made any attempt to accommodate my order despite my arriving during the posted business hours. The laziness, lack of professionalism, and poor customer service is enough for me to never return, especially for a product that can easily be made at home. A zero rating would be more appropriate because that is exactly what I received.....nothing. I see others have expressed

Ashley was welcoming with a bright smile. It was clean with Queen Muva Beyoncé Cowboy Carter playing. She made sure to give me every bit that was in the blender!

Came back to change my previous review. The crew is amazing and today had a nice gentleman prepare a wonder Health Nut bowl. He had me in and out in like 2.5 😁. This was pleasant Sunday morning experience.
