Food has always been good. Portion sizes could be bigger far as sides. Customer service needs tweaking rather offer refunds than actually accommodating the order. First time I went I was in and out but the last two times have been a very extended wait time. Second time stood in line for an hour and never got to place my order after he says he was going to be right with me a few times so I just left. 3rd time I did an online order to avoid waiting. Came to pick up my food 40 mins later and it still wasn’t ready. Had to wait an additional 10-15 mins. Also I can’t just order sides individually on the site. I had to order a whole veggie plate. Has a lot of potential to gain more business overall.

Wow!! What a great, little hole in the wall bbq joint. Just the kind of food place that I look for and, not out of the way. This is the place that reminds me of being a kid and going on vacation with my folks, finding roadside cafes and BBQs, especially in the south. I caught a peak of this, what looks like an off-road joint and stopped in for lunch after noticing their $6 plate special on a sign that was posted on the side of a small building. After looking at the menu of ribs, brisket, butt , etc., I went with the Q burger plate ($6.99.) I was very surprised to see that it came with full sized sides! I got the homemade Mac n cheese, which was smothered in cheese that was crusted perfectly, definitely homemade, and the baked beans. The beans got my attention as they were actually more of

This Hole in the Wall BBQ restaurant is the BEST, hidden gem this side of Warner Robins and I must admit I love my BBQ. Not only was the menu and prices great in this economy but the portions were impressive that before I left, I purchased another special and the brisket and I can only say this, I AM RETURNING! I was satisfied and I have not tasted better BBQ here in this town from those popular restaurants. Give this business your presence and you will be returning weekly as I do.

Finally caught up with them during the opening hours. The person taking the order was friendly. They were out of several things at 620pm on Sunday. Out of macaroni and cheese, chicken, sausage, and brisket. They did have hamburger and chopped pork - those were both pretty good. Candy yams were excellent. Green beans had perfect seasoning. Chopped pork was pretty good, large chunks, with balanced BBQ sauce a little sweet and a little peppery. Out of diet soda, but they had regular coke, cold, in a can. We'll come back. Especially looking forward to trying ribs next time.
