The service we experienced at our visit today was unacceptable. Our order was set for pickup at 6:20pm and at 7pm we still were being told it would be another 20 minutes for our order. While we waited, customers were walking in and placing orders and having their food made upon ordering while the customers who placed orders ahead were continuing to not be served. Even after addressing the issue with an employee, we were still told it would be more of a wait.

The staff is awesome. My only complaint is that I believe they should have someone dedicated just for to-go orders. When they have alot of to-go orders the people standing in line wait forever!

Very disappointed with my visit to QDOBA. The service was slow and unfriendly, and my food was cold by the time I got it. Definitely not the quality or experience I expected. Hoping they step it up.
