Ordered on DoorDash twice in the last month. Both times forgot my soup. Ordered a diet soda and got regular. Called to ask for help and a man named Jose was so rude to me and told me I must not have seen the soup in my bag because he “knows” he packed it. Asked to speak to a manager he gave me someone named Manny who brushed it off and said to call door dash for my money. So rude and not even an I’m sorry. Terrible job waste of $35
I went to place a takeout order around 9:15 p.m. and asked for the bathroom code. I was told the restrooms were being cleaned. I placed my order as usual and noticed that the person cleaning had already left, so I asked for the code again. I was told once more that they were still being cleaned, even though there are two restrooms and they are cleaned separately. Eventually, one of the staff members was very kind and gave me the code, even though another employee said no and gave her an uncomfortable look. I was then able to use the restroom. When I exited the restroom and was heading to my car, I noticed they had already started mopping from the entrance door inward. Although they placed “wet floor” signs, there was no alternative entrance or exit, so both I and other customers had to wa
I had qdoba a couple of months ago at another location in Indiana and loved it. There’s no qdobas close to where I live, so I was super happy to be able to eat here again when I went to Denver. As soon as I walked in, the 2 employees inside already rushed me to order, despite us being the only people inside. I didn’t have any time to refamiliarize myself with the menu again. The employees were really impatient and would barely let me finish my sentence before they cut me off with a glare. Regardless, my child ordered a kids menu, which only came with 1 taco. That’s barely enough to feed a toddler, so why would they advertise it as “for ages 12 and under”? Just a couple months ago, it was 2 tacos. Same price. This time, they didn’t even give us the side of chips that was supposed to come wi
The lady behind the counter with short hair was SO RUDE. My wife and I have been to this location many times over the past 2 years living in the area and this is the first time there has been an issue with the service. I ordered a steak and potato breakfast burrito with no egg. The employee confirmed with me by asking "a steak and potato burrito?". I said yes and she scooped egg onto the tortilla. To which I politely said "oh, I'm sorry I wanted no egg." To which she snapped back "I asked if you wanted a steak and potato burrito and you said YES!" My wife just looked at me and confirmed that I said no egg when I first placed my order. She then rushed me through the rest of the process with short and rude language. If we had not been picking up breakfast before my wife went to work, I would
A friend introduced me to QDOBA a few months ago and the food is so good! I go to Chipotles to get a bowl when I'm wanting something quick, but this is my new "go to" place for a bowl. All the ingredients are super fresh and the quality is better than Chipotle's and it's also less expensive. They don't charge you to put guacamole or queso on your bowl. The first spoon is free like anything else on the bar. At Chipotles it's over $6 to put both on your bowl. The service is quick and the employees are also very polite.
