QDOBA Mexican Eats

Man did qdoba go downhill! The food tasted like it was a week old and the place was dirty. The queso was cold, the chips weren’t even good. The best part of my experience was my Dr Pepper and ice water I got.

I thought the food here was great. I learned it's better off to get the condiments and cheese off to the side. You can enjoy your food with different sauces. I went with the steak bowl, white rice, black beans, and bell peppers, and it was absolutely delicious. Everything was great until I started hearing the staff in the back. I understand kids will be kids, but it was obnoxiously loud, and this went on for more than 20 minutes. Some employees need to understand that it's an establishment and what you do represent the company overall.

I waited 50 minutes for my order just for it to be missing 3/4 of what I ordered on it. it must’ve been sitting awhile cause the cheese looked disgusting, immediately went in the trash. If the store is out of that many items there should at least be signage posted and mobile orders shut off.

I would like to thank Casey and the crew for the amazing customer service that they provided today! Thank you for what you do in the East Lansing community. I look forward to coming back for the Wednesday special in the near future.

It's frustrating to get back from a burrito place where they can't even wrap a tortilla. This corporate spot is the worst QDOBA I've been to. If it wasn't right next to my place I would never come to this spot. The other side of town has a spot that's franchised and they're much closer to a 5/5 rating than this spot is to a 3/5. This spot is constantly understaffed, they open late and close earlier than the hours on the posted schedule. Some days they can't even open, because they don't have enough staff. Soda machine was also out of service today. New leadership is needed at this location, the current execution is terrible. This spot throws shade on the rest of the franchise. Do better!
