QDOBA Mexican Eats

This is by far the best Qdoba around. The food is incredible and the portions are very generous. The best part of this location is the staff from the top down. The manager BC is always welcoming and goes out of his way to greet me every time I am in. Also, Cindy, Texas, Abe, Camryn are all incredibly friendly and conversational. Do yourself a favor and make this your new favorite location!

I ordered nachos. The stale hard chips came on the side. The toppings were dumped in a bowl and a stirred together. What a waste for something I couldn't eat. I'm going to a real Mexican place from now on. Chilis makes good nachos. This was slop and I couldn't tell one ingredient from another. Yucky

I arrived at the store 40 minutes before they were supposed to close and the doors were locked. I knocked nicely trying to ask why they closed early and the employees inside watched me knock on the door then deliberately ignored me. So i knocked again, same thing, except from this time forward they made a point of not making eye contact with me. They way they deliberately ignored me was infuriating to say the least. I would appreciate if you guys could make things right, however i would appreciate 10x more if you just operated at the hours you advertise. They definitely were not short staffed either, there was were 5 different people i saw inside packing up all the food, so i still do not understand why they closed early. We have not been to Qdoba for some time. The two gentlemen that were working today were patient, kind, answered all my questions and made our experience very positive. The food was yummy. We will be putting this Qdoba in Town Center back into our rotation.

The emo girl with a guitar pick necklace was kinda rude and didn’t listen to what I was trying to order correctly. Seems like she doesn’t wanna be there. Everyone else was cool tho and the manager was nice.
