QDOBA Mexican Eats

UPDATE: I contacted QDOBA customer service via the website and they offered me 2 free entrees for this. I would like to clarify that they did make sure this issue did not go unsolved. I went through the drive thru after a 12 hour shift for a quick meal. Ordered a burrito, side of chips, side of chili crema. Young boy at the window spoke no words to me. The chili crema I requested on the side was not properly prepared and when I got home the crema was literally all over my entire dinner. 20$ for burrito and chips, that were ruined. Will not be returning.

So I go through long line with my order, I notice they gave me a wrong order, Quisidilla instead of burrito. No worries! I go through again and explain I wanted a burrito. I get home - there’s no steak!!! They messed my order up twice. I tried calling, nobody answers , never got a receipt. I guess I’m out 13 dollars and 30-40 minutes ):

good meal for the price point. quality tasty food. good portions too. dining room suitable for eat in and better than most other restaurants in the area. as it is newer and more modern. i recommend. located next to the Kroger gas station. March 2023 place not new anymore. food is plenty. but meat not quality. chicken meat either raw or burnt. queso chicken bowl with drink on website for $10.55 is not honored and that posted sign has been removed. dining room seems clean, modern and workers appear courteous, clean and efficient. September 2024 update: reduced all of the stars. No, no, no. Food quality went down. handling of food and sanitation is in need of improvement. Over $14 for a bowl of undesirable food and a fountain coke. Expensive Fast Food.

This is the second time I’ve order pick up and it’s same bullcrap. I ordered double chicken and I don’t even get the normal serving amount? If I order a $16 burrito that’s what I should get not the least amount of chicken. Not to mention y’all forgot my corn salsa. I want my $3.95 for the extra chicken. “Bull crap” order #39284619941527559. But hey I got a lot of peppers to make up for no chicken

Rice and beans were hard and undercooked. Sweet and hot chicken was sickly sweet with no real heat. Dining room floor was dirty and in desperate need of sweeping and mopping. Staff was super polite and kind. The great staff redeemed the subpar food and dining room.
