QDOBA Mexican Eats

I was recently in Qdoba on S. Westnedge in Portage picking up some food to take home. When entering the staff was very friendly and helpful as I navigated the menu and ordered. The store was clean and tidy which means a lot to me. The food was fresh and hot and the staff helping me were kind and respectful. As I was gathering my items and getting my drink the manager Jack approached me and he asked if I needed any assistance and made sure I had everything I needed. He was even kind enough to help me and held the door for me as I was exiting. The staff and climate of this location is wonderful. I enjoy the food here and will continue to return in the future! 5 STARS from ME!

I didn’t even eat here. The place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months and the food looked like it had been sitting in the pot for hours. I wouldn’t risk getting food poison. I posted a few photos that don’t do it justice. The entire restaurant was like this, including the tables. All of the tables.

i usually go to a different qdoba but i was on this side of town and omg! this qdoba is AMAZING!!! they weren’t out of anything, the food looks and tastes so fresh and the staff was very nice. my bowl looks like it could be in a commercial

Had a bad experience unfortunately, waited a while for a pick up order just for it to be wrong when I got home. Many things were added to my bowl that I didn’t order and they didn’t include the stuff I did order. I understand young kids are working here but it was very unorganized and untimely.

Clarence was very polite and very professional today helping me and my partner. I want him to be a recognized as a fantastic employee this man did a fantastic job will definitely will be coming back for the great service we received!
