QDOBA Mexican Eats

A solid 4½ for sure. Consistent for ingredients of high quality & freshness, offering a broad variety of grilled & braised protein choice(s) (beef, pork, chicken, & shrimp). An entire Farmers market of garden-crisp vegetables, Romaine, black & pinto beans, seasoned brown rice & cilantro lime white rice, queso, shredded cheese, multiple sauces, corn relish, Pico de gallo, hand smashed guacamole & their own signature chips. Q'doba designed a great model & their restaurants evidence the value they put on exceptional managers & team leaders, as well as my family's discretionary time & dollars.

I ordered chicken nachos with extra cheese via the app. Received a literal bowl of cold queso with a sprinkle of burnt chicken on top. Worst experience I have ever had at a Qdoba

This particular location isn't in my home city. But it's always clean and I've never had a bad experience here so I literally eat here anytime I'm in town and in the area. It's right off the turnpike so it's very convenient as well. I'll definitely eat here again.

When you want a loaded tortilla soup in a tortilla bowl, but their tortilla bowl machine is "broken"... You get this bowl of disappointment. They claimed they loaded it with chips at the bottom which is a complete lie... Another disappointment.

So, I've been here a couple times when traveling through. Once, it was a manager named Ashley, I believe. I am basing my review on her. Good service, great food, very professional. If I could rate another manager, her name was Marquiz or something similar, she was terrible, her management style was lacking and her food tasted old and like the equipment had not been cleaned in a while. I will not go back, nor will any of my coworkers, if Marquiz is working there. If it's Ashley, we will go there every time we pass through.
