Qingshu Spicy Hot Pot & Nai Brother Sauerkraut Fish

OMG, this is my new spot! I’ve been coming here so many times since they opened. The first time I passed by, it didn’t look interesting because of the picture on the standing board outside not look great, so I skipped it. But my friends told me it was really good, so I gave it a try — and I ended up loving it. Now it’s officially my new favorite hot pot place. If you love spicy, get soup No. 3 (Sichuan soup). The spicy sour soup is also soooo good — one of my favorites. If you don’t like spicy, go for the pork bone soup. And the best part? The Spicy Stir-Fried Crispy Pork Intestines — 10/10! The Fish Sauerkraut is also delicious. A must try!

If you like authentic, spicy Chinese soup, this is your go to place. I myself like spicy but even I have limits. There is a spice ingredient commonly used in China that will make your tongue numb and that ingredient was in our soup. All in all, it was a good experience. The way it works is you select the soup base and then choose the items you want to add from serving trays on one side of the restaurant. All the items are then weighed on a scale and the finished soup is brought out to your table. Everything was delicious.

A wonderful addition to the neighborhood! This place serves individual hot pot. Select your own items and they cook it for you in hot pot base or you could select from a variety of spices. Minimum order 0.8 pounds. A new establishment and the few times I’ve been here the timing of the orders coming out has been inconsistent but I can tell the owner (who has always been there every time we’ve been) wants to improve. Give this place a try!

Its actually really good coming from a person who had more than 50 hotpot price is good and taste is the best. The worker or owner(not sure) was very nice and i loved it. It was worth driving 25min to try it. I got a lot of ingredients but it was $20. I got szechuan soup base. Only thing is that they dont have peanut sauce. 마라탕맛이고 정말 맛있어영 꼭 드세요 가격도 다른 가게 대비 좋습니다.

Amazing place. They have really great choices and the taste is super amazing. MUST TRY place for sure. The variety of broth and flavors are something you’d want to keep coming. Tried their hot pot and also dry hot pot. Both of them were so tasty. The service was great. The owner and the staff were very friendly. The pricing was also very reasonable. We were a party of 2, and our total was round figures $45ish including tax and tip.
