Queens Public Library at Long Island City

I went to return a book in the book drop on the outside of the library attached to the building. I enter the library to have a look around at 12:30 pm. The person at the desk was very friendly and he answered all of my questions. He got up and showed me the fax machine. It’s ten cents per page. I had no idea that they had one. The library was very quiet and peaceful. Also neat and very organized.

Very fun and reliable place. Books are very easy to order and there is a wide range. The atmosphere is very calm and getting into the building and even checkout are reliable. Books range from manga to kids Books and there's even an area for children. It can get a bit lousy at times, but there is sometimes an upstairs section. I personally sometimes come here to finish some work and it is reliable.

Was so noisy. Children are running around. As you see in the picture they were playing war games on the computer. People are watching a movie without headphones. Also, I couldn't find the output for my personal computer. I left there

Regardless, this library staff is doing a great job. They are very helpful.

By far one of my favorite libraries - staff is always very very helpful - Abigail is the best - all of the staff are wonderful - I use this library all the time - study, work, leisure - I called last minute to have an exam proctored - EASY BREEZY - the desk was reserved and waiting - I have no problem finding or obtaining ANY book I need - Long Island City library is my spot! people say it is noisy blah blah Yeah it is a little noisy - kids, school next door, but no big deal, folks having a good time at the library and it is NOT crazy - safe spot
