Quickway Japanese Hibachi

Unsanitary, flips food back into customer trays after touching unclean counter tops. Kitchen utensils are not properly cleaned and managed. Food is barely passable. This location won't last long. Novel idea, poor execution.

Really yummy hibachi! Excellent customer service - I had an issue with my order and the management was very nice and handled it so well. Definitely coming back and recommend you come try them out! I had the chicken, beef, shrimp combo with extra yummy sauce.

Jeremiah was very sweet and had great customer service! I didn’t like my food at first, but he remade it, made sure I left happy, and found the best solutions for me. I really appreciate the great service!

Filthy for a brand new location. Floors were sticky and there were pieces of food all over the floor and counter. Employees had bare hands - we could see an unopened box of gloves on the counter, clearly unused. None of the tools had been cleaned between uses. Food was falling out of the box onto the tray rack and getting flipped back in. An employee was on break eating pizza in the eating area, wiping his nose with bare hands - I don’t even know if I trust him to wash his hands after break with the poor sanitation. One of the employees behind the counter was eating while working, with his bare hands. The food had no aroma that filled the place when I walked in, and in retrospect I should have walked out then.
