R J's Hamburgers

I got the mushroom Swiss burger and fries, my husband got the double cheese burger with fries. Best hamburgers we have had in years. You can taste that the ingredients are fresh and is made by individuals amd are made with love, not some corporate industry burgers. The burgers are so big and juicy and flavorful. The fries are seasoned to perfection and crispy but soft at the same time. SOOO GOOD

No Itemized receipt paid 18.72 host was tapping my card on the counter while waiting for the receipt to print and then asked me for it when I told her that I would like a receipt. All tables were dirty, cheap ketchup Ice is actually good and clean fountain drinks are decent but very limited be expected to be charged for water "$3.00" waited almost 25 minutes for the food burger is good but not worth 8.75 at most truly 7 at the best overall you're going to over pay for the quality of food Also, a family entered the restaurant after us ordered and was served almost within a very reasonable time, almost as if they were a priority to the host/cook. They ordered at least 5 burgers while we waited for 2. I will never recommend this food establishment to anyone.

Today we arrived early and were second in line. Ordered three burgers and waited 45 minutes for it to be served. The lady taking orders is nice, but you can tell she’s upset with the cook. He rolled up at 11am and she didn’t seem too thrilled. The burgers are the best in town, but the wait time is terrible. I could see this place being on Texas Bucket List if they could get their act together.

I have the bacon cheeseburger. What I'm guessing was a half pound homemade patty. Was delicious. The building itself is worth stopping. Used to be an old Sinclair gas station built in 1933.

Best burger in town, this is my 4th or 5th time eating here. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with avocado and a side of fries. Expect to wait awhile if it’s busy though, they take their time making these delicious burgers. Can’t wait to go back, cheers!
