RA Sushi

We went for take out and Paul (Manager) at benihana gave us spoiled food. Rice was slimy chicken was hard and undercooked with old ingredients. Rice was slimy and sticky from being old and had no real fresh flavor. The two orders of California rolls where so tiny and I guess they where okay you can find better samples at the frozen section in Ralph's. I should have looked at the reviews on this place before ordering food so thats my mistake. But now that im reading the comments it made sense i did a online order and once i arrived to the restaurant i ask the lady at the front desk where is the pick up order located and she directed me to around the corner to the right on the black table so i went and i waited for someone to help me for a good 6 min i was standing there with people just staring, i asked the people that work there and all 4 people that pass by me completely ignored me like i was invisible. So thats horrible customer service.Until an awesome girl ask me if i needed help and she finally got my order. I ordered the crispy tuna it was overcooked and burnt. It was so hard. I can barely chew it with little to no tuna and I ordered the noodles were mushy. There was no green onions. The egg looked old. I couldn’t even eat it. I literally spent $40 on dog food, and my dog didn’t even want it. He walked away from it will never order from here again on top of the fact that I waited an hour and a half for the food because it wasn’t ready, but the tuna was overcooked. The noodles were cold when I put the broth on it the noodles were mushy some looked like they were cooked in the other ones look like they have been sitting in the refrigerator way too long very disappointed very very, very disappointed.

This place is permanently closed! R A Sushi closed a few of the LA locations. Not sure of the reasoning behind the closures.
