Rachel's Mediterranean Grill

I live w Celiac disease and can have zero contact with gluten. One of the staff members was very knowledgeable and prepared my salad bowl w fresh, safe ingredients. It was so wonderful to be able to have a safe, delicious meal! I was so excited that I forgot to take pictures before I started to eat. My salad with romaine lettuce, chicken, tomatoes, onions, and feta with Greek oil was delicious

Arrived at this location at 7:55 on a Friday night. It clearly says they close at 9. It seemed like they wanted to ignore me but came out after a couple minutes. I asked if they closed at 8 or 9? Because all the food was removed from the case. They said 8. Not to mention I was technically there before 8. I said ok never mind I don’t want the food if it’s not even going to be good. Walked out and went to mikes next door. Cool.

I showed up at 8:43 the sign said they close at 9pm and the store was locked, chair up on tables, all the bar was cleaned and broken down.

The workers put their phones down and crawled out the kitchen, spoke in their own language having a side conversation while im trying to order food. They didnt seem to understand me well. I ordered a greek pita combo chicken souvlaki and asked for the fries to be greek. Apparently something changed recently and now they charge $8.00 for the greek fries even with a combo. Apparently feta, the dresssings really add up these says. I feel the cashier made a mistake because the language barrier, or its just the way Rachel’s does business now. Rachels is turning into a Mediterranean mcdonalds, food quality is down alot in recent years, and service is down hill. Should have went to their competitor instead.

Love the menu here but location has no reliability. Says they close at 9pm. Don't count on it. Was there a couple weeks ago at 8:30. All food was put away and wouldn't take any orders as they were "closing up". Tried again last night at 8pm and place was clearly long closed with nobody inside and lights off. Hand written note "sorry closed". Just a parade of customers trying the doors while I sat and decided where else to go.
