Ragin Reef Winchester

This seafood place is amazing, you have to try it! We’ve lived here for six years and are always on the hunt for a good seafood spot, and let me tell you, this place did not disappoint. From the staff to the food, everything was wonderful. Our waitress was so sweet and recommended the coconut- and pecan-crusted tilapia. Before you judge, you have to try it—it was so delicious that I had to steal some from my husband! We also had the chance to meet the owner, and she was the sweetest lady. She took the time to greet us and asked multiple times if there was anything we needed. She even shared a bit of the backstory on how Ragin’ Reef came to Winchester. We will definitely be returning!

Tried this place for dinner! Everything was great. Restaurant was very clean, workers were so friendly and the food was really good, especially the hush puppies! We felt we were at a beach seafood restaurant.

Started with crispy calamari and hush puppies. Both are yummy! Then I had the pan seared salmon and the Mrs. had grilled scallops. Everything was seasoned just right and cooked perfectly. Service was very good! We will be back!

First experience at Ragin Reef and we will definitely return. The food was delicious and fresh. We enjoyed calamari and hush puppies, along with Coconut Flounder and Crab Cakes. For dessert homemade Key Lime Pie. Everything was great and large portions. The service was wonderful! She took the time to explain multiple menu items since it was our first time there. Our food came out timely and hot! Great piece for two appetizers, two entrees, dessert, and beers. My only tip would be to turn the lights down a little, it seemed very bright. Might make the atmosphere a little more cozy.
