Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

If I can give the food zero out of 10 I would the toast was not toasted baby portion of fries chicken was not crispy skin came off when I picked it up! And that’s the size of the chicken I did not take a bite of it! It was a waste of TIME AND MONEY

Service is alright after almost get my order thrown at me at the drive thru, idk if bro serving my order was in a hurry or something just crazy to be treated like that as a customer spending money there. Especially on my order as well, if I pay for an extra side of fries on the side. I expect a decent portion amount of fries on my order, not no sorry ahh small handful. Other than that it’s alright.

Was just at your drive thru. Apparently there’s a mishap with the car in front of me. Manager Naomi was giving me her whole story. I don’t think that customer was wrong. Naomi should have handled it better. The way she talked about a customer is insane. You’re in the food industry. Do better.

I am so disappointed. I ordered canes and was so excited for my drink because of how thirsty I was just for there to be a fly in there 😭. I tried to contact support and was told to wait for someone to assist me. 30 minutes had past and no one has decided to come and help. I’m so annoyed 🙄

I'm used to Canes at Sunset Valley, love it. I came here Saturday morning around noon. Disappointed. Chicken was chewy, I immediately thought it was reheated. Bread was literally cold. Fries had a hair (hopefully mine). Come on. My daughter didn't complain about her meal, although she found a fry that was halfway black? I'll stick to Sunset Valley.
