Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers

I have never been disappointed by the level of customer service at any of the locations. I have been going to Canes for over 13 years. Like In N Out they keep it simple. Do one thing and do it really well. You can order ahead of time on their app so it is ready. Staff is great. Great texas toast and sauce. Fries are good, not great. Mom really loves the chicken.

We hit Raising Cane’s on road trips and they can be relied upon for consistently good fingers, fries and toast - especially during busy times because everything is fresh. What stood out about this location is the service. The workers were all very attentive. They delivered our food to our table, checked in during the meal, and cleared our table when we were done. The gender neutral bathrooms were amazingly clean - no ick factor. This will be our go-to as we make our way through the high-dessert.

Places and online order. Went in for pick up only was handed my chicken when I had order 50 finger party pack. I check my order and informed the cashier about my miss toast and fries the immediately jumped on it to fix the order and get my fries and toast. I ended up ordering 1 gallon of sweet tea and 1 gallon of lemonade. The manager noticed and offered me another at no cost for the inconvenience. I thanked her and let her know mistakes happen and I was very appreciative at the gesture. I got my fries and toast and my drinks and I was on my way! Thank you guys for being awesome!

We don't usually go here that often but when we do they never disappoint🙏🤗🙌. Fantastic service first off. Atmosphere is great. The chicken is good it taste fresh, the fries are seasoned just right. The bread is a nice addition. The canes sauce is fantastic and goes so well with the chicken tenders. I will say I wish the honey mustard was improved but that’s my only complaint.
