Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Disgusting!!!! Why dont you wear hair nets?? Isn't this like the main thing you should be worried about when preparing food???? What is wrong with you people?? Is there no training? Im sure there is so is there no enforcement of policy? This is both a management and employee problem! Will NEVER come here again!

I placed my order inside of the restaurant and paid with cash. The cashier gave me my cups for the drinks and gave me 2 lemonades I requested. I went to fill the drinks and learned my daughter wanted lemonade as well. When I returned to the counter, there was a different person there who tried to charge me for a refill, when I informed her that it wasn’t, she asked for my receipt and because to be nasty for no reason. She said I wasn’t charged for a lemonade and I needed to pay 22 cents for it. I handed her a quarter and said informed her how I didn’t appreciate how she was making me feel behind something so small. She tossed a nickel on the counter and went to get my lemonade. Great experience at Raising Cane’s! The chicken was hot, fresh, and perfectly crispy, and the Cane’s sauce never disappoints. Service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well-run. Simple menu done right—consistent quality every time. I’ll definitely be back.

The food is good but if I get my food as soon as I order I don’t have time to get my drink! Like dang slow down a little bit. I had to put my food down and leave it unattended just to get my drink. It wasn’t even that busy to be working that fast! Hardly anyone was there.
