There are so many things that I have to say I'm not sure where to start. I mean I get that all that you guys do are chicken strips you make that clear but to have absolutely zero dipping sauces but your special sauce which to me tastes exactly like Hellman's mayonnaise with a little bit of color no barbecue no honey mustard I said are you kidding me they said we have ketchup hot sauce and their special sauce which is mayonnaise. The chicken tasted exactly like nothing literally it had no flavor whatsoever of any kind other than the oil that was cooked in a chicken McNugget at McDonald's has more flavor like I'm not kidding whatsoever I was looking at the people going in to eat there and I was like thinking to myself do you seriously have taste buds like a 12-year-old. This was literally un
Went for the first time and overall wasn't impressed. I ordered the sandwich meal and was disappointed in it. There wasn't much sauce. There were about 10 fries and I asked for lite ice. Didn't get it. The chicken was ok. It wasn't bad but also nothing special. It wasn't juicy but not dry either. The seasoning was also mediocre. The disappointing part was how little sauce was on the sandwich. I knew this going in. Others told me to ask for extra sauce. They had the audacity to tell me it would cost extra. No thank you. It was already $12 for a small. The sandwich was also quite plain. Only lettuce and you can't get pickles, cheese, tomato or onions. That's a huge no-no. I understand wanting to simplify the menu but that's overboard. To not offer those options is just being cheap. The fr
I had a party of 25 to 30 people at Canes last night for my son’s 15th birthday. It was somewhat impromptu, but they over accommodated us! The manager was excellent! He kept asking what I needed, and if there was anything he could do to make our day any special. When I couldn’t think of anything, he went and found things. We also had an amazing server named Jayden ! His energy was infectious! His serving skills were very accurate! We even spilled a drink, and he cleaned it up with the best attitude possible! I highly recommend canes for family, dining, and fun! They made us feel very welcome!
My last review did not have the additional perspective of going to the other chicken places like KFC and popeyes. Raising Cane's is so much better than both of those places. They're literally isn't a better chicken tenderloin fast food restaurant out there. There are a few issues. For example the fries are not ever cooked enough so they are soggy, and if you're not eating in, all of your food will be waterlogged by the time you get home. If you have an oven or an air fryer, you're good to go because you can pop it in, crisp everything back up, and now the temperature of the food is just like if you're at the restaurant getting it completely fresh. And when you go there, knowing that this is what you're going to do, now it's no longer a problem. Put my God is this food so much better than t
The food was good. The chicken tenders were tender and not dry. There was nothing else spectacular about them as far as the taste was a general fried chicken taste. I assume the rave is about the Cane sauce. It was good and different from other sauces. The fries are typical crinkle cut fries and nothing extra special about them, but they were good.
