Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Ordered a Caniac Combo & a Box Combo. They ended up giving us 4 pieces for the Caniac and 3 pieces for the Box. We didn’t notice this until we were already home. We tried to address this by going back but it was so busy none of the workers made time for us. We decided to leave and felt unattended to as we couldn’t even get someone to get the manager for us. Never had a bad experience before but this made us question going to this location going forward.

I have visited this place multiple times, but this time I was greeted by a nice young lady (cashier) in the hot pink shirt ,who was extremely friendly and even gave me a new tip on how to eat my Cane's chicken with the Louisiana and Cane sauce. Let me tell you I am a huge fan of Cane's chicken, but THIS right here was off the charts!!!! So I want to say thank you!!!

so I love Canes and all the Canes I've been to have been good, except today at this one. I ate 2 pieces and immediately got instant heartburn. Their grease was not clean today. It was very greasy which is not normal. DO BETTER JURUPA VALLEY CANES!

This Raising Cane's is the best-looking one that I've been to. It has a large covered patio with lights for ambiance.

I don't get the hype with this chain. It's just fried chicken with carb loaded sides. The chicken is Ok but nothing really special. The service is good and the atmosphere, well it's a fast food place. Not much to say.
