Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I dine in often and enjoy the fresh food. The employees are always nice and welcoming. Today I experienced something different, the chicken tenders were smaller. I expect the tenders to be the same size every time I order. I need consistency. The chicken tenders need to be either be one way or the other. It creates conflict. Supplier need to be notified ASAP!

Not sure what the hype it about. We were served some soggy chicken fingers with some soggy fries. Nothing was crispy. The styrofoam containers hold in the steam and moisture. Flavor wise it was fine, nothing special, could definitely use more seasoning. Their world famous dipping sauce tastes okay, but it's runny. I highly suggest adding hot sauce to it. Wouldn't go out of my way to eat there again.

Waited in line for 20 minutes. Get to the window, employee hands us a bag, then immediately takes it and says it isn't ours. Closes window. Few minutes later hands us back the SAME bag. They forgot our coke. Employee closes the window again. Waited another few minutes. They gave us a small coke that is so full of ice I could barely get the straw in. Tastes like water. Extra fries are mushy, brown and cold. Caniac combo fries are the same and the breading on tenders is mushy. Not fresh at all. I will not be returning to this Canes.

I do not like the chicken that has grissle in it. This is all you do and you can't get this right. I tried after 3 years of not buying your product. I wouldn't be back
