Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

12.11.25 Food is great as always. I’ve been having more problems at this location specifically for a little bit. If it was busy I would understand the mess up but I ordered 2, 3 finger combo. Both had extra canes sauce and 1 of the combos had no fries but extra toast. I wish I looked while in the drive through so that’s on me but they forgot a toast in one of the combos and didn’t even add a second toast in the other. AND it also had fries 😭😭 it even has it on the receipt for extra toast and no fries and that WAS NOT DONE! I separated the combos while ordering so their wouldn’t be any mixup / confusion so it’s upsetting to see this carelessness be happening :/ I’d go to another canes but none close to me

I finally had my first visit to Raising Cane’s. The restaurant was busy and loud, but seating was easy to find. I just had three chicken fingers and an order of the sauce. It was set on the counter almost before I finished paying the cashier. That’s some fast service. I love chicken fingers. These were a good size and they were tender and juicy. I liked the taste of the breading. The meat was dense and was really kind of tasteless. Thank god for the breading and sauce. All in all it was not a bad chicken finger. Glad I gave them a try.

Im alreaady disappointed when im 10 minutes into solo leveing and the credits come on, I didnt want to be disappointed at canes too now. Prices went up and chicken goes down. I thought they were chicken fingers not chicken thumbs. I broke my fast for this mediocre meal. the chicken was the same size as the hot sauce packets. and they had a beautiful after taste of burnt popcorn from re using their old oil. I only come here because my kids like it. Dang 15.49 for this? This is 2 pieces in the picture, the top looks like a chicken nugget. And the skinny piece looks like a 1/3 of the size of a normal one.

This review is not for Canes, it’s for the DoorDash driver. So my mom doordash Canes because we didn’t have food. When the food arrived, the bag and the box smelled nasty. We thought it was the food but the food seemed normal, until my mom thought the driver was smoking. So we placed the food into OUR plate and started eating. The cup also smelled nasty so we also placed the drink into OUR cups. Once I started drinking, the drink was ALSO smelling nasty! So I had to threw it away! I hope the driver gets fired because that was unacceptable! I don’t know if they were trying to poison us but that’s unacceptable.

Service was excellent! Food was hot and made just right. Delicious like the other Raising Canes. But I will say all the tables that were available were very dirty.
