Raku Tonkatsu Ramen

Even though I've lived in Duluth for a long time, this is the first time I've ever been to this restaurant. Is this authentic Japanese ramen? It's quite delicious. I'll have to come back when I'm craving ramen and Japanese food again. It seems like I've found another hidden gem in Duluth! I enjoyed the meal. The type of rice I ate was surprisingly delicious, and it seems they use high-quality rice here, as the taste of the rice is different from other Korean restaurants in this area, which is really great.

Stopped during lunch with a friend and we were so impressed with the food, definitely going back! It was quiet during a weekday and the lunch specials were perfect. Staff was friendly and atmosphere looks fun for a cool spot with friends.

Small Ramen restaurant with amazing flavor and good portions. Their lunch special is a good deal. Staff is very attentive. Very clean. Bathrooms are 1 stall and women's bathroom did not have a changing table. Would recommend and would come back.

Today was my third time at this restaurant, first time was dine-in and the last two times have been to-go. And each time the food was impeccable! I love love love the Ebisu Shrimp and Tuna Onigiri. Literally everything I have tried is amazing and I have my perfect go-to order. The added touch of a sweet message and drawing on the takeout bag just made my day! Love the staff, location and atmosphere! This is my regular spot now 🫶🏻

Havent been here since the early 2010's. Since then, they've had a change of ownership and let me tell you. Our dining experience was amazing. I've been SEARCHING for the perfect katsu all over duluth, and this is the best so far. See photos attached, but I accidently peeled off the katsu and WHAT?! THEY CLEARLY EVIDENTLY SEASON THEIR KATSU MEAT. Never in my 33 years have I seen this. This katsu had FLAVOR. Their sauce was the original katsu sauce, not some new gen mumbo jumbo mixture. Their tonkatsu Ramen was super good too, and somehow stayed temperature hot for the entire meal. Match green draft beer was good too
