Rally's

The burger was nasty. The meat had a weird fake texture and bad taste. The fries were ok but a bit old and really greasy. The inside of the store is very old and dirty looking. The younger white girl that took my order was sweet and the only positive part of my experience.

I entered this Rally's location on Thursday night, 1/29, between 8:45 pm and 9:00 pm with the expactation that I would be able to get myself something to eat. The lights were on, the front door was unlocked, the open sign was on, and the posted hours said they were open until 10:00 pm. I stood quietly in the lobby waiting for someone to come to the counter where I saw an employee completing closing tasks. Without looking to my direction or stopping the task they were doing, in a rude tone of voice, this individual shouted "I said we're closed." As I exited the building, another employee came into view from the back of the cook area without saying anything. The two employees were a shorter middle aged woman, the person completing their closing tasks, and a taller large-boddied man.

Best French Fries hands down. Grabbed me a chicken sandwich and 2 orders of fries. I stop off at this location on my way to CVG. It's convenient and right off the highway. It's also connected to the gas station so you can fuel up, eat and head out to the airport. Tables were a little bit dirty, but overall was pretty clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

Not to friendly staff. Food okay. Always have to pay an extra fee no one can explain. Portions are minimal, from fries to napkins. Those fries were $5.69. Will not get those again. I don't mind paying for quality and flavor, but it was just okay.

The food was adequate. The atmosphere was horrible. Someone needs to clean and take better care of the restaurant. Dust everywhere, broken high chair, windows were filthy.
