Rally's

Wanted to make this post about the service I received on January 25th, 8:30 pm during our terrible weather and terrible road conditions. Me and my family drove around Owensboro and there were no restaurants or fast food open due to the weather and the conditions of the roads. Rally’s was the only place open and we pulled into order food for a family of four. Many others were in line to receive food. We made our order and pulled up to the drive through window to see that there was only 2 staff members on site maintaining both the orders and food. I want to make clear that there was a huge line and there were many that had to pull over, and a staff member had to walk for our order to be hand delivered to us. That new manager there she said she was the assistant general is awesome- freaking fantastic. I did not have to wait for my order, it was fresh. There was a guy that was yelling saying they were gonna call.and complain but she went above and beyond for everyone that I seen. Very kind, I sat in the parking lot and ate with my husband.. I'll be back!

The manager that is light skinned with long hair, and very beautiful is very sweet and to the point! I can for sure tell there has been a difference since they’ve started with the older lady from Henderson! I hear employees talk badly about them but I’m letting my friends know that them Two rock!

The assistant manager, Lorey, Did an amazing job helping me out every time I have a pick up order for door dash , always be smiling and makes sure you get the correct order . Always makes the service great and fast …Really Amazing , kind and fantastic person … Good management service from Lorey.

Ordered food and had to wait about 20-25 minutes for the wrong food and was given a burnt chicken sandwich instead. All things fried were extremely oily and tasted like very old burnt oil. Not very happy about this visit.
