Rally's

They took my order correctly for the most part. That took a long time very poor communication. Then I had to wait 20 minutes for my food and got it wrong The medium fries were basically empty. I never got my sauces didn't get my onion fries. And by the time you got to finally eat it it was all cold.

They make you wait half an hour from the speaker to the window. Then they take the money and start cooking your food. The total wait from speaker to food being served was 45 minutes. I could have done sit down if I had the time. I went to rally s because I was in a hurry. They really disappointed tonight. The food was good and consistent. The service sucked and when explained to the manager rather than accepting responsibility she made excuses and told me she'd give me my money back. I've worked customers service and I know quality service from crap and I received crap today. I hope that this helps to improve the service at 15th ave and camelback. It's in my neighborhood and I eat there a couple times a week but there are other options in the area.

The drive thru is now powered by AI, so we did a walk-up, instead. We stood in line for about 6 minutes and waited about 10 for food. We came because we saw an ad on FB about a $3 double plus fries deal. Surprisingly, there was no deal to be found. We ended up ordering Big Bufords instead, which were fine. Overall, the place is kinda small with only a few parking spots and it's in a rough part of town so we ate to the sound of sirens.

Worst location in Phoenix! I've only been here two times and I should have known not to go again after the first time, we waited more than 25 minutes for a small amount of food and they get the order wrong, this time we waited 30 minutes and I asked for a refund and the girl just walked away without saying anything. I don't see how this place isn't shut down. Don't come here if you're in a rush.

I really enjoyed my visit to this rallies on Camelback and 13th Ave. service was great. Food was even better. All I can say is give your employees that extra bump with of money because they deserve it. They they are in their hustling and they don’t complain with the smile on their face
