Ralph's Italian Ices & ice Cream

Their Italian ices are great and we used to love their vanilla custard however they had an issue with the machine over the summer and it hasn’t been the same since. Just picked some up and it was like ice milk- not even close to custard. Hoping they get it fixed before next summer.

Start off by saying we love Ralph’s and we’re an avid customer. Our first bad experience won’t deter us from coming back for delicious crème ice. We decided after placing our $25 order, why not add a Dubai chocolate bar for $15. Attached is what we actually received. Maybe half a tablespoon of pistachio cream. The lady up front called the manager who said she wouldn’t do anything for us because the bar was already out of the plastic. Of course it was lol. This was our first time purchasing it and we had to break open the bar to find no filling and basically paid $15 for chocolate. Super disappointing since we come here all the time.

We have been coming to Ralph’s for years. It’s one of our favorite things to do in the spring/summer. My grandkids love the selection and we are always greeted by a friendly face! My personal favorite is the chocolate and vanilla gelato, the vanilla ice cream is so rich….I highly recommend this business!

Had such a wonderful experience visiting last night, the young girl working was just so sweet and pleasant! Ralph’s has been my favorite since I was a kid, so it’s always special and exciting for me when I get the chance to visit. At a lot of the other locations I visit — and just food service in general nowadays — the employees aren’t as friendly and welcoming as I would expect. It was so refreshing to have an interaction that was just so kind — especially at my favorite ice place!

Having spent my youth growing up in Staten Island we visited the Original Ralph's regularly. We were always excited when they reopened after the Winter. Fast forward to today. I have Kids of my own. They have been brought up enjoying Ralph's on our visits to Staten Island from South Jersey. Today I brought my 10 year old to the Boardwalk at Seaside Heights. Again it was wonderful as I remembered it from my youth. Driving home to South Jersey we came up on a Ralph's right there. How disappointed we were. The scoop cream ices were stale and had chunks of ice in it . It was crumbly, not creamy.
