Ramen Hayashi Fresno

First time having Ramen. Cashier’s recommendations were great! We let him know we wanted to try the Ramen and he had some good recommendations. I had the Shio Ramen and my wife had the Shoyu Ramen. He brought us some lemons and chile oil that really made it hit home (we Mexican) . The potstickers were great! They were crunchy and had a great flavor. Will definitely be coming back again.

Perfect comfort food for cold weather. This ramen hits the spot in every way. Rich, creamy broth, perfectly cooked pork, and that soft-boiled egg is unreal. Every bite feels warm and satisfying. Customer service was absolutely lovely. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help, which made the whole experience even better. This is the kind of place you crave on a chilly day and keep thinking about after. I’ll definitely be back. 🍜🔥

Fast and wonderful service! Gluten free noodles available and staff was super attentive to allergies. You can build your own ramen bowl or order from specialties. Spicy Garlic edemame was SO GOOD. I will be back when I need good quick delicious ramen.

My daughter and I love this place. Food is delicious and fresh. Even when you get your food to-go they package it really well.

The chicken karaage was average not crispy at all. The tan tan mien was spicy but not enough meat in the broth. The service was quick enough. It's not something I feel compelled to go back to.
