The ramen was absolutely delicious! Everything I tried tasted fresh and flavorful. We visited during a busy hour, so we waited about 10–15 minutes, but it was totally worth it. The cashier service can be a bit slow, but that’s understandable since they also handle the tables and orders — just a little patience goes a long way. Everything else was perfect: the staff, the atmosphere, and the food. Everything came out quickly, and the temperature was just right. I’d definitely come back again! 🍜✨

Ramen Hub in Long Beach is such a great late-night spot! The food is seriously yummy — our takoyaki came out hot, crispy, and drizzled with the perfect amount of sauce and mayo. The sushi rolls were fresh and colorful, and the ramen noodles were simple but comforting, exactly what you want when you’re craving something warm. The service is another highlight. The staff is friendly, fun, and makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. Plus, they stay open late, which is amazing when you want a relaxed, satisfying meal after regular restaurant hours. Overall, delicious food, a great vibe, and the convenience of late-night hours make Ramen Hub an easy place to recommend!

There was a line when I went on a Sunday night. I see how the crew is fast and organized so there's no long wait to sit or pick up to go. Ramen is amazing that's why it's popular...will be back again
