Ramen Mura

Had to wait about 40 minutes because there were a lot of people ahead. My group decided to just look at the menu ahead of time so that we knew what we wanted. I had the spicy tonkotsu and also paid about 7 dollars extra for a specialty roll of my choice. I got the eel and avocado roll, but you can see what my group got. I think the middle roll was the rainbow roll, top one was spicy salmon roll. Restaurant was a bit loud for me, but it was the weekend so I should have prepared for that. Service was fast, attentive, and prompt. Spicy tonkotsu ramen was indeed spicy. Pork was good with char and the noodles were a good consistency, not too soft with just enough firmness. It’s not the same value anymore, and the deal that made it worth coming here is basically gone. *********************************** After my son’s soccer practice in Tustin, we stopped by Ramen Mura—just a quick 7-minute drive. They offer a great deal: ramen with an add-on. We ordered three ramen bowls and three sushi add-ons. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed and family-friendly. My whole family enjoyed the meal, and we’ll definitely be back. Great spot for a casual dinner with good value.

Cute atmosphere, employees were very relaxed and able to talk with each other (which I love), but also checked up on my boyfriend and I frequently, refilling our waters & drinks and making sure everything was yummy! They gave us our bill as soon as we were done, no waiting, service was great, quick, and the waitresses are very attentive + sweet! The food was 10/10. I got the spicy tonkotsu ramen, it was bomb!! The soft boiled egg was perfectly cooked, broth not too salty, just perfect!! Noodles are delicious and flavorful! My bf got the spicy habanero ramen and it was also delicious!! We came here for dinner with our kids and really enjoyed it. We ordered ramen and appetizers — my daughter had the mild Tonkotsu Ramen, my son had the regular Habanero Ramen, and I tried the extra spicy version. Everything was delicious, and the appetizers were a perfect match. Our server was so kind and friendly, with a warm smile that made the whole experience even better. We had a wonderful dinner here!

The food was really good and flavorful. I tried the spicy tonkotsu ramen—it was very spicy, but in a good way, and I really enjoyed it. The place is small with limited seating, so I ended up getting takeout, but the quality of the food was still excellent. The broth was rich and satisfying, and the spice level actually delivered. Definitely a good spot if you’re looking for bold, spicy ramen, just be aware that seating is limited.
