Been here so many times. Never disappointed each time. The broth is rich and flavorful. It shows how much time and effort they put into the brot, & genuinely love making ramen. My favorite is shoyu tonkotsu and spicy miso tonkotsu, yes, tonkotsu is supposed to be rich and heavy; not everyone's favorite, but it is for me, especially at this place. This place is low-key my most favorite ramen restaurant in Westchester. The female staff was so sweet and attentive.

There’s a good ramen spot in the Ardsley area, almost like an express spot. The broth is rich and flavorful, and the noodles have just the right texture. What really stands out is that the broth is served hotter compared to the Eastchester location, even more yummy. The price is a bit steep for a self-service restaurant, especially when factoring in tips. However, it’s currently the best ramen place in the neighborhood. Plus, the food is prepared by a native Japanese chef, which adds to the authenticity, just a personal opinion… case by case lol

It’s unfortunate, I like to promote local businesses and have recommended this place to friends and family because their food is good, although a bit expensive , but every time I want to order by phone for pick up, they never pick up, even after multiple tries. Twice when they did, they put me on hold and left me waiting, once for over 10 minutes, I listened while they took other orders lol! I didn’t hang up because I wanted to complain but eventually I gave up. Ready to give up on this place for good. I think I have managed to order in 3 times out of 10 times I tried. I end up instead ordering from the Thai restaurant next door which is great and always pick up!

I was really excited for this place to open since they aren't many or at least good ramen places in Westchester. I don't consider myself a ramen expert, but I've been to a lot ramen restaurants, and I know what good ramen tastes like. First I didn't really like the concept of the restaurant (You order on the counter, and then they let you know when your order is ready and you have to pick it up). Ramen is good, I would say 6/10. Their broth was very rich, It had a sweeter taste to it. I thought it was the corn, and when I went the second time, I ordered it without it, but it was still a little sweet. I didn't hate it, but I definitely could live without it. The noodles tasted fresh, and it was a nice portion. A little more pricey than Kishuya on central av. I definitely would go back an
