Randy's Donuts

The butter crumb raised donut was fluffy and delicious. When I walked in it smelled very clean so that was very reassuring. Unfortunately, I had ordered a donut to pick up at 1:45 pm. Got there at 1:40 pm and there was a sign that they'd be back at 2 pm. Returned at 2:10 pm and I noticed my donut was not pre-packaged. What if someone got there at 2:05 pm and got the last 3 butter crumbs that were left? What if I had to pick up a few dozen for a gathering and was on a schedule. I mean that's why you order ahead of time for a pick up, to ensure you have the donuts you want at the time you need them. I was greeted upon entering and my donut was served with a smile which was nice. It came in a generic brown paper bag. I would've rather have had it in the wax lined small bag like you get at mom

My first time visiting Randy's Donuts. 😁 I haven't been to the original location in L.A., but I am glad to have visited this location in Santa Ana. The donut that I purchased lived up to all the hype. The Bacon 🥓 Maple Long John. I had heard about this donut and I just had to try it. GREAT!!! All the other donuts looked just as delicious. Friendly service and a great location next to all other good eats. I highly recommend Randy's Donuts. Now, I gotta visit the iconic original location in L.A. 👍👍

Can anyone go wrong with Randy's Donuts. I go there like once every week or two for their apple fritters, they are sooooo goood! They are crispy on the outside and gooey and delish on the inside. Also they don't drown it in glaze like most other places. My heart! My arteries! But so worth it! ☺️

Donuts had a bad oil taste to them. We spent $20 on 4 glazed donuts (2 twists and 2 texas sized) and 1 apple fritter, we and had to throw them away. We were there at night but they were definitely made with old oil or something. The glazed were inedible and the apple fritter was so-so. I had hyped Randy's up to my bf from Hawaii so it was very disappointing to say the least.
