Rapid City Public Library

Love this library. I was able to learn so much about Native American history. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. You have set a new standard for how I perceive all others. Thank you for all of your help and welcoming attitude. Staff even said “welcome back” when I was in there for my last time. I’m from Minneapolis, Drove 16,000 across the country and you have genuinely impressed my curiosity. Thank you.

The Rapid City library is great! We especially love the kids section. And I love all the classes/story times that they have for kids, too.

Excellent display of all formats of Library material teen & kid-friendly an exceptional makerspace. Love the real birds upstairs the stain glass downstairs the multiculturalism and a selection of materials for the public.

Absolute gem of a library. Lovely location downtown with big open space, friendly staff and ample resources. Also a large youth section for kids and a historical library dedicated to Rapid and surrounding area. Very impressive. Thank you guys!

Came to find old reference, friendly staff assisted us to locate material quickly and easily. Great resources, great location, and friendly staff. Definitely recommended to all.
