The owner nickels and dimes you for everything! The food isn’t that great and is always running out of things. The interior is super old and has lots of rips in the booths. I had to wait over an hour one time for my food, and when I asked for a discount the owner outright said no. Never apologized to me for having to wait for a long time either.

This review has come very many months late! I visited this place while on vacation from Miami and the service and food was excellent! I would definitely recommend Raul’s Mexican restaurant to anyone in the area without hesitation! Authentic Mexican food, great service, and very reasonable prices!

I ordered late from DoorDash. My nachos were perfect. Great toppings, fresh and not skimpy on the food. Price was affordable. I appreciate the quality at what was probably the end of their day. I’ll definitely return to try other items. Update: 2 years later, I’ve been back countless amount of times. 😋

I love this place! The staff is always SO NICE and the food is great. The chips and salsa remind me of old Pascual's in Santa Barbara (which is a good thing!) The tacos are HUGE, the prices are reasonable and they have some great specials throughout the week. Even though this particular spot is out of the way, it's worth the drive.

I have started writing this review even before I get my main dish! They have the best salsa I have ever had. The salsa is more than a bare mix of tomato, onions and cilantro. They must have the secret receipt for this salsa! The chips also is prepared in house (not Costco chip). I feel the warmth in the chip as it comes out of the oven. It is not overdone and not thick and tough like pork rind. It is pleasantly light on salt and refreshingly crispy. the main dish stake is here. It tastes great but I am definitely impressed by chip and salsa. The waitress are friendly.
