I had a conference call with Eric and specifically told him I was looking to establish a relationship with a new firm and gave info on a current practice I was looking to acquire. On the phone he said "good communication is what we strive for." He told me one thing on the phone then proceeded to forward me info and pricing that was completely different. I texted him for clarification and received no response. Great communication skills!
