Red Baron Pizza

We went up to big Bear for the weekend and did not know what to expect. Ordered Uber Eats, they were fast! The food was delicious! We had a pizza, wings, and garlic bread. We still think about how tasty the food was. We live about 2 hours from Big Bear and we want to go back just for the pizza!

My first review ever it was delicious 🤤 the salad was fresh and the lasagna was perfectly layered the pizza was delish too

Sad to say I will never order from this establishment again. I have been going to this location for over 30 yrs. The customer service has changed. Such a shame. I ordered my usual for delivery told them I am going to need change because I was paying with a 100. The delivery girl showed up rude and sassy. She forgot my receipt for the total and left all her change at home. So she left I asked about my order she took it. I told her it was go going to be cold by the time she gets back with my change. She said no. It will stay kind of warm. I can warm it up in the microwave if I need to. I contacted the location, told them what was going on. There was no apology. No I'm sorry. We'll make sure it's hot. Nothing. As a matter of fact, the person that answered the phone was just as rude as she was

Pizza was great, driver and service rep on the phone were both friendly. Spaghetti wasnt that good though.

Honestly I completely agree the service here is terrible the people are rude and not helpful the pizza is good but the customers are seriously incoherent and at a loss for words and their minds are puzzled.The online app i ordered from was the redbaron website and yet it sent me a doordash with the completely wrong order.i asked if it was possible to do a refund and they told me to contact doordash even though I have my order number from their website.
