Red Lobster

Nicely arranged seafood meals composed of fresh ingredients. To be noted that in low season, may not have all the fish selection offered in the menu // substitution n'ai be required. Courteous and rapid service. The restaurant and it's restrooms are located on the ground floor, easily accessible for people with reduced mobility. Plenty of parking around the restaurant.

Red Lobster at Grand Coastal offers good, consistent seafood and friendly service. The seafood boil was good and flavorful, but they really should provide gloves to customers, as it can get messy. The restaurant is showing its age and needs better maintenance, especially the roof tiling, bathrooms, and dining tables, which takes away from the experience. Overall: Tasty food, but the atmosphere and small details need improvement.

I’d like to start by saying I don’t know why they have to change their recipes and their menu. I’ve eaten the stuffed mushrooms a lot and tonight they were so salty. The broccoli they changed the seasoning on it again. It was nasty. I ordered a steak cooked medium. It came out well done completely brown through. Our waitress was great. She immediately got me another steak, which in my opinion came out under cooked, it was medium rare. My husband ordered the Admiral feast and it came out in this big metal bowl and I don’t know if it was because the bowl was so big but the portion looks so small. The scallop were like the size of a dime. The bathroom needed to be cleaned. Just unhappy. We asked if they gave military discount and they said yes when the check came it didn’t have a discount

12/25/25: Our Christmas dinner was highlighted by our lovely server Jaz. She was very attentive and exhibited a refreshing enthusiasm. The homemade biscuits were cheesy and great for cleaning my salad bowl. Mark’s “Salmon New Orleans” with shrimp in a Cajun butter sauce with tomato-cilantro relish was absolutely delicious and will be Mark’s chosen entree on our next visit. The Maine lobster tail ($18.99) was much smaller than we remembered so Laura immediately ordered a second one. The food was delicious ,& the service was good I definitely will come back! It was nice & clean wait time there wasn't one got seated when we came in.
