Customer Reviews
Calm, quiet atmosphere. Fresh food. Definitely treated myself, was worth it. Service was impeccable blonde lovely person don’t know her name. But will remember the service. And food. Thanks I’ve been craving hush puppies for years now
Since my local Red Lobster burned down, I'm left with an extra 40 minute round trip, and a lack for value of any kind. $40 was highway robbery. Old, stinky crab, and less than 1 bitty potato. I'll just wait until they open back in Monroe. #RIPPEDOFF
I was supposed to visit this location, however after being sick we decided to do carry out for the time being. TERRIBLE IDEA. Neither of my soups had the lid on them so soup was spilled all over. The biscuits were cold. And the lobster dip had something spilled inside with hardly any chips. Usually my go to for my birthday dinner (this month) but will not be going back to this location.
First two things that I notice was attentiveness and cleanliness. Eduardo made sure my Long Island and food while at the bar was on point! Nate made sure that my experience while at the establishment was nothing but what it should be. I left full and enjoyed my drink and meal in its entirety. Shouts out to them both. To be honest the way the restaurant business is now a days, I’d strongly say as a consumer of Red lobster since a toddle that they both deserve a raise foremost and recognition as well. If Red lobster wants to bring in more business it starts with the experience and the way a guest is treated from start to finish. These two should be the model and mold to go by. 10/10
Food was delicious. Ordered the Parmesan crusted chicken with coleslaw, mashed potatoes, bacon topped mac and cheese, and mozzarella cheese sticks for an appetizer. One of the best rolls out there. Service was great. Be pepared to spend $30-50+ per person. Small portions for what you pay for... They shouldn't give you such a big plate. It made the portions seem that much smaller. Other than hitting you in the wallet, it was excellent.
