Red Lobster

I don't usually like chain restaurants, but we decided to eat here after 5 years just to try it again and the biscuits are addictive. Our meal was pretty good. I usually have leftovers, but I actually finished my platter. The server was also pretty attentive with the drinks and requests.

My wife and I both ordered the Ultimate Feast—crab legs, lobster tail, and shrimp scampi. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The lobster was overcooked, and the crab legs were very small and underwhelming—almost like the smallest snow crab I’ve ever seen. We were seated right beside the kitchen, which made the experience worse. The staff were loudly yelling and cursing at each other, which made it hard to enjoy our meal. On the positive side, our waitress was wonderful. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we were well taken care of despite everything else. Kenza made this trip worth it regardless of anything else (food was amazing). She made us feel welcome and like old friends. We always come back regardless but 10/10 would recommend Kenza for all future visits.

I got the seafood boil and caesar salad and KENZA was a phenomenal server! she was attentive and knew all the right answers and recommendations when it came to the menu , her timing was flawless as well she somehow knew what time i was ready to order and when to ask and that’s a big deal when you’re juggling 2-3 tables at once , overall she made my dinner experience better and im definitely coming again and hoping she serves me again!!💯

Kenza was the best server I’ve EVER had, genuinely was so sweet and nice and it felt like I was her sibling, 10/10 experience 100% coming again to see the goated goat kenza
