Red Lobster

Been coming here for I’d say 30 years whilst on holiday. Sadly I think the brand has been overtaken by the times! The food was average at best and there is certainly better, at better value, in the local area. That said our waitress (Laura) was absolutely first class and nothing was too much trouble, if it wasn’t for her this would’ve easily been a 2-3 star rating

Food is ok. The management needs to tighten up the ship. The place needs a good cleaning, the ceiling and air vents need a little attention. Some of the wait staff act childish (not our server) and they could be heard in the dining room from the back room.

My family and I came to enjoy a meal at Red Lobster while on our vacation to Florida since the RL in our town in SC closed. We were wowed by not only how nice, clean and well-kept the establishment was, but also how wonderful the service was. We were quickly seated, and our server, Joey, got us out drinks and biscuits immediately. He made starter and entree salads extremely well, even my "salad aficionado" husband said that it was one of the best salads he'd ever had. Joey was very upbeat and friendly, very efficient, and attentive. The food and beverages were EXCELLENT! All of our orders were correct, and everything was fresh, hot and delicious. We were pleasantly surprised at the great portion sizes along with the quality of the food. I ordered the shrimp linguini and a watermelon lemon

Ate dinner here for the second time during our holiday on May 17th as a party of four, our server was Nicholas Camp. Once again we had a great time , can’t speak highly enough of our visit, from being shown to our table to the time we departed everything was terrific. Nicholas looked after us superbly and took time in explaining our choices some of which we were having for the first time. The menu is extensive and takes time to work through which we did over our drinks. Our food order was served in good time, hot and very, very tasty. Edwin checked on us to see we had everything we needed and to see we were enjoying our meals, we even tried deserts this time around ,the empty plates were a giveaway! We had a beautiful experience! The manager was walking around and wished my baby a happy birthday. He even came over to sing him happy birthday and brought him an ice cream. Laura was super kind and ensured we were satisfied with everything! Staff are amazing! Such a great experience! Thank you to them all!
