Red Lobster

Fist when we sat down the table was sticky like it had been sitting there forever. Then they had some kind of blowers blowing on you when you’re trying to enjoy your meal. We had stuffed mushrooms and bacon wrapped scallops that tasted fishy. The only reason for this is a lazy kitchen manager. I got lobster, crab legs shrimp scampi. The lobster n Scampi were fantastic lobster tail was small. The crab legs were so nasty n dry I could not believe for a seafood house. The steak was delicious. Baked potato came with a wad of sour cream no butter. The waitress was more than fair. But I’m not spending 300.00 dollars on a dinner and have it taste fishy and crab legs that sat in the freezer for a year. The place just seemed old and sticky. I pretty sure I’m done with the Red Lobster chain. 3/8/26

Rachel was an amazing server! She kept checking back making sure my drinking never emptied. She was friendly and helpful, and made my dining experience exceptional!

Came in tonight for a double birthday celebration (mine and my mothers are a few weeks apart) our server Kary was polite and friendly and just excellent all around. The food is always good and so were the cocktails. Will need to come back more often.

We had a delightful Halloween Birthday celebration. We arrived and were seated right away. Our Hostess Reese was great and she even ran out in the rain to return my purse as we left. I was so focused on my large leftover bag, I forgot it. The atmosphere is nice without loud music or blaring T.V.s. Kari our waitress was wonderful helping us to make our meal choices. She was so attentive and food and drinks were perfect. The food came out hot and there were generous portions. We highly recommend Red Lobster in Maplewood for a lovely dinner and great service. Rachel H was an AWESOME server. We were celebrating my mother's 90th birthday and it was a difficult one for her as Dad passed away recently. Rachel took her time taking our order, especially so with Mom who has dementia. She checked back with us often to see if there was anything we needed and topped it all off with a special dessert. The entire meal was excellent and enjoyed by all 7 of us. Thank you Rachel and the behind-the-scenes staff!
