Red Lobster

Came in late from vacation needed a quick bite to eat and I was seriously craving seafood. I was met and greeted by Donye who had a great demeanor was very welcoming!Our server Heather was EXCEPTIONAL!! She was very friendly and helpful in every way possible! She was very informative and helpful with making menu selections! She went above and beyond serving us and made the entire experience one the most enjoyable experiences! Both interactions with Donye and Heather we keep us coming back again and again! Our food and drinks Arived very fast and the food was FRESH hot and DELICIOUS!! The portions were very generous I did end up taking some Of it home! Huge thank you to these guys for making this an amazing experience!!

Our pleasant, detail-oriented waitress, Faith, is among the best of the best customer servers. Faith may very well be the best, besides her friendly and professional personality. When asked for suggestions, Faith was eager to suggest the best-flavored meals. I would also like to give credit to the chef and the person who prepared top-quality meals and drinks. We enjoyed our visit to this Red Lobster restaurant. Thanks for the excellent meals and exceptionally extraordinary high-quality waitperson service. Faith made our entire experience absolutely amazing from start to finish! Her energy was warm, genuine, and so attentive without ever feeling overwhelming. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, kept our drinks filled, checked in at the perfect times, and made sure everything came out exactly right. Not only was the food great, but Faith’s service truly elevated the whole experience. She was knowledgeable about the menu, gave excellent recommendations, and made us feel valued the entire time. If you visit, definitely ask for Faith — she’s a star!

EXCELLENT service! The food was over the top fresh, well prepared, and the portions were on point. Max my server at Arundel Mills was the very image professionalism. Clone this man and the MG Donte is running the location with a spirit of excellence! Great improvements...keep up the great work guys! A gazillion thumps up👊🏾👍🏾

Salmon New Orleans was absolutely amazing, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Faith was a wonderful and attentive server who made the whole experience even better. Great food and great service all around!
